Questions and Answers
|For interactive flat panels and accessories, do we add all related items and accessories to Exhibit 1 - Enterprise Casting SKU Pricing? (Section Reference: 5 – Exhibit 1 – Pricing)||Only submit for items you want to, and are eligible to add.
|Do we need to provide pricing for all manufactueres listed in the pricing sheet? If a Manufacturer wants to include pricing only for their products, can they remove the previously listed items? (Section Reference: Exhibit 1 - Enterprise Casting SKU Pricing)||No, you do not need to submit for all items.
|The “Contract Details” portion of the Appendix A – Contract is not completed. Some of this information is in the body of the agreement, but not all of it. Do you know the initial effective date and expiration date?||Those details are negotiated with the the companies identified in the intent to award.
|It looks like we are selling through resellers. Are they similarly required to sign a contract?||Yes, if added, resellers sign an addendum that they agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in the master agreement.
|Are we being asked to sign Exhibit 3 – EDGAR Certification? It is not listed as “Required” on the bid submission, but It reads as if it is.||It is not required. EDGAR certification is required for state and local governments to spend federal dollars (e.g. CARES, ESSR, ECF) on products. By not completing the EDGAR certification you remove the opportunity for OETC members to use federal dollars to purchase your products.
