Your new role

OETC processes over 7,000 ed tech orders a year for schools, districts, universities, and libraries across the country. We need a Products and Purchasing Coordinator to support our membership by maintaining our ecommerce catalog, processing orders, and communicating with our vendor partners.

You will become a key member of the Operations and Support Team as one of the helpful voices on the phone who answers questions and makes sure our members have the information they need.

What matters most

  • A passion for details. Ability to focus on the little things and chase down a project to its accurate completion.
  • Familiarity with and enthusiasm for the ed tech industry. A desire to help our members make informed and accurate purchases.
  • An ability to communicate with our members and our vendor partners in a clear, timely, and welcoming manner.
