OETC is seeking someone to join our entrepreneurial and growing Member Engagement team. Please read the Full Job Listing for complete information.

The Products and Purchasing Coordinator will provide inside support to our Member Engagement team by preparing quotes for our members, maintaining the organization’s online store item catalog, and processing vendor purchase orders to complete sales transactions for our member institutions. This role also plays a key role with our vendor partners by corresponding and collaborating with vendors and advocating for our membership by proactively seeking status updates on outstanding customer orders.

This is an operations-focused position, and requires strong attention to detail, excellent written communication and superior customer service skills. The ideal candidate must be able to work with a variety of computer programs, enjoy detailed tasks, and deliver excellent customer service through responsiveness and timely communication.

This position works closely with the Member Engagement team, providing quote support, cataloged item updates, and vendor relationship management.

It’s an exciting time at OETC as our annual contracts have grown from $18M in 2009 to over $76M in 2016. Our membership has grown from 400 members to over 1,000 in the same timespan. We look forward to working with someone who can continue the work we’ve done and expand our reach in the future.
