Administrative earnings associated with OETC contract sales are reported quarterly, and due approximately 30 days after the sales period ends.

July 1, 2021 – September 30, 2021 10/30/2021
October 1, 2021 – December 31, 2021 1/30/2021
January 1, 2022 – March 31, 2022 4/30/2022

Instructions

  1. Complete the Administrative Fee Tracker
  2. Attach the file using the form on this page
  3. Once the form is completed and the tracker is filled out and uploaded, click submit. An invoice will be generated and sent to your designated billing contact as soon as possible
  4. If you do not have any fees to report, please check the corresponding box(es) next to the date ranges below and click submit.
