This year's Summit is located at Skamania Lodge in Stevenson, Wash. If you are flying in, Skamania Lodge is about an hour’s drive from Portland International Airport. There is no shuttle to the lodge, and a car rental is recommended.

Driving to Summit

Skamania Lodge is located off State Route 14 on the Washington side of the Gorge, a mile and a half east of Bridge of the Gods. If you’re staying at the hotel, parking is included in your lodging, though valet costs $10 per night. Directions to parking lots are well-marked once you reach the lodge.

When you arrive at the lodge, please visit the OETC event check-in booth in the lobby. You can find a map here. OETC staff will be there from 3-6 p.m. on Thursday to provide you with a name tag, your schedule for one-on-one meetings, and other materials.

Hotel check-in begins at 4 p.m., though staff can store your luggage before then.

If you arrive after 6 p.m., feel free to proceed to dinner to retrieve your name tag. The check-in booth will re-open on Friday at 7 a.m.

Summit sponsorship includes a series of one-on-one meetings with our CIO attendees, with plenty of informal meeting time throughout the event. You will receive your personalized schedule for 1-on-1 CIO meetings via email, then again at the event. You can read attendee bios here.

Vendor hall set-up runs from 6:30 to 9 p.m. on Thursday; tear-down is from 2:30 to 4 on Friday.

Exhibit Booth

Your Exhibit Booth is 8′ x 8′, with room for two simultaneous meetings (four chairs total), power and Wi-Fi access.

During the Conference

You are welcome to attend all sessions and meals during the Summit. There will be plenty of time for networking and meeting informally with event participants. You can see the event schedule for details.
