Effective October 11, 2013 Mitsubishi projectors were no longer available through the OETC store. Mitsubishi Electric has exited the projector market worldwide, a move they announced in a letter to vendors you can read here.
James Chan, vice president of marketing at Mitsubishi Electric Visual Solutions America, has remarked “It’s basically business as usual for the support and service part.” Similarly, the OETC store will continue to provide service replacement parts.
