Samsung Offers 50 Document Cameras Through Grant

Samsung’s 2010 “Active Learning” Grant Program offers 50 SAMCAM 860 document cameras to applicants based on need. An independent evaluation team reviews the applicants and notifies the winners. Winners will be notified no later than September 1, 2010. Requirements:

1. Applicant must be currently teaching in a school in the U.S.
2. Will use the Samsung Document Camera in the classroom
3. Samsung Document Camera will become property of the school district
4. Deadline to submit application is June 1, 2010

Samsung is seeking to award 50 SAMCAM 860 digital presenters to those schools who can best utilize a document camera that encourages Active Learning. Full details can be found here.
